Product preview and availability
Scopefold is in development. Product illustrations use fictional sample data. Items labeled planned, pilot scope or later describe a delivery direction, not a promise of present availability or a release date. Public prices and trial terms have not been announced. A roadmap item is not a contractual commitment.
Evaluation requests
Submitting an inquiry asks us to consider an evaluation. A confirmation means that your request has been recorded; it does not book a meeting, guarantee a reply time, purchase a service or create a contract. Any evaluation scope or commercial terms must be agreed separately.
Using the website
You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit malicious or unlawful material, or misuse inquiry forms. Only share information you are entitled to provide. We may limit abusive traffic to protect the website.
Content and third-party services
Scopefold branding and website content belong to Rigeldev BV or their respective rights holders. Browsing does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Links to external sites and application environments are provided for their stated purpose; those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Accuracy and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but development information can change and the site may be interrupted. Contact us if you notice an error. These terms do not exclude any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
Applicable law and contact
Belgian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not remove any mandatory choice of court or remedies. Questions can be sent to tom.eyckmans@rigel.dev.
